Never Totally Dead
MadPea would like to introduce the amazing talent of Sean & Silex from the store widely known as Never Totally Dead. MadPea found the talent during The Case of Praying Mary hunt, when they were using the Hackberry Hall as the main build for the story. That collaboration lead to the first round of Room 326 in December and from there to Mad City.
When you first teleport into Mad City, you get the feeling that you are not in the average modern city but more Noir and the era of the 50's. BlueSean Yiyuan and Silex Zapedzki together with sim designer paramparamm Papp were responsible for the entire cityscape of the Mad City Sim. You can see in each building and structure their immense attention to detail. It's clear that they love the older style of architecture and the days that have passed.
One of the things about Sean & Silex is that you never hear them boast or really push their store too often. So we here at MadPeas are going to do it for them, because they are just literally too awesome to not just jump up and down about! To be fair though one doesnt have to make too much fuss and bother when your work speaks it loud and clear. Never Totally Dead lives this very description day in and day out. I have been to the store personally many times especially around Halloween. Reason being, Never Totally Dead specializes in some of the most amazing haunted and spooky decor, furniture and homes you will find on the grid anywhere! The items range from full blown haunted houses to possessed dinner tables and bed, skeletons breaking out of the floors and walls, chairs shatter and floating, ghosts, ghouls and much much more! If you need something scary or spooky for your next event, or just want to freak out your friends in Second Life with something a lil out of the ordinary in your own home, come on over to Never Totally Dead, you are sure to find something decrepit, nasty and dead to your liking.
Thank you for participating in "The Return of Room 326"

What brought you to Second Life and how your store came into existence?
For both of us, curiosity brought us to log in Second Life, nothing more, we had no plans or idea of what we would do there. We met 2.5 years ago and quickly realized we shared an interest in building and had complementary skills. We built our first haunted manor and the haunted items inside and this was the start of the story.
Please tell us a little bit about your store and your products?
Please tell us a little bit about your store and your products?
As our brand name tells, we love old places, old furniture and objects and the spirits or ghosts that haunt them. This explains we first created products that clearly fit the Halloween season which starts much earlier than you would expect, a lot of people start preparing during the summer holidays! Then we built La Lutiniere, our French chateau, that, like the Haunted Manor and Hackberry Hall, tries to be not just a pretty box from outside but also a livable place inside.
What is the prize that you made for Room 326?
For the prize we thought it would be a good idea to give the shop we built for us in Mad City.
Have you visited Mad City? If so, what is your favorite thing about Mad City?
Even better than a simple visit, we worked with Sasha00 Laryukov and the MadPea crew to build the place and enjoyed the experience!
What is your favorite thing about being involved in the hunt? Are you planning on doing the hunt yourself?
What is your favorite thing about being involved in the hunt? Are you planning on doing the hunt yourself?
The hunts are a great way to meet other people when preparing, and to discover other people's products when doing the hunt. So yes we already did the hunt too.
What would you like to say to the Peas looking to start this MadPea Hunt?
What would you like to say to the Peas looking to start this MadPea Hunt?
As for the previous MadPea hunts, they will have a great time visiting interesting places, reading the story and the hints, searching for the envelopes and they will get a lot of nice presents at the end. On top of that, they will see a lot of changes compared to the first Room 326 hunt, with the city and all the shops, in the hotel, etc.... BUT bring your umbrella, it is still raining!
Thank you for your time and the interview.
